Souvenirs from Menorca

IN the extras you can see some delicious cheese made in Alaior and a dish of fried eggs and chips with sobrasada that I ate at a restaurant in Cuidadela ran by a 'granaino' (someone from Granada) and his wife.
It is amazing to check that most of the people who work in fields connected with tourism are from the peninsula, as they say. They went as emigrants to the island of Menorca to work about twenty years ago; they found work very easily and now they live there with their families and are totally integrated in the life of Menorca.
