Grady

Grady is a hospital in downtown Atlanta. It's the place where anyone who can't pay gets dumped by every other hospital around.

And then, of course, state officials are constantly howling about it losing money, and trying to force it to turn a profit.

USA: Money > Lives

Forget E Pluribus Unum -

Try Profit over All.

That's the slogan that should be on our money - Viaticus Super Totus.

Unless of course you're rich and well-connected. If that's the case, then we'll let the poor people's taxes bail your ass out when you run your company into the ground. And hell, you can still have your bonus.

So I guess we have to adjust our formula -

USA: Upper Class > Profit > Middle Class/Poor > ? (not much)
