Snow? Alas, no

From across the lake, I thought there had been a sudden and very localised snowfall. With green bits. Up close, I saw a hillock of bubble-wrap. With wrapping plastic. And big cardboard rolls. MI rang the Parks Trust, who own the land. The rubbish will be cleared.
I hope there are some identifying marks somewhere in the rubbish.
Who dumps bubble-wrap? That pile represents hours of popping fun.
