Was here with Mr P early afternoon to catch the last day of the BP Portrait Exhibition. Very good. Then met up with my friend Anne for late lunch and a film at Vue Omni; On the Basis of Sex about Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Also very good.
Not quite the day I’d planned. Unfortunately Keira (dog we were looking after) managed to find and scoff Mr P’s Eccles cakes during the night! Said cakes contain raisins, toxic to dogs so spent most of the morning at the vet! Poor Keira still at vet on a drip! Suffice to say no Eccles cakes will ever be allowed back into the house and Mr P definitely in the doghouse! On bus home now. Looks like snow in Peebles.
