As Tempted As We Were....

I managed to dodge the bad weather this morning and had a super ride on China and christened my new boots I bought on Friday. They were quite stiff around my ankles and as dismounted I lost my foot and landed flat on my back in a puddle...much to the shock of China and amusement of the girls on the yard...who, having realised I was OK, were positively crying with laughter!

Once I had showered and changed, family Kit headed into York as Sushi needed more school shoes and Eldest needed dropping back at the train station. We obviously had to get priorities right so stopped for lunch before hitting the shops and dropping Eldest off. Tempted as we were by the huge Easter Egg on display at Betty’s Tea Room, we were put off by the queues and ended up in one of our old favourites.
