My garden visitor in the one dry spell!

Not much activity at the bird feeders first thing this morning .... guess our feathered friends don't like blizzarding snow either!

There was a rather nasty hail storm on the way home from church but since then we've had some sunshine and rather more rain. The only constant factor has been the cold ... 2C when I went out this morning.

This little robin came for a couple of brief visits around lunch time. First time my camera was not to hand but I quickly remedied that I was ready and waiting for his return. He even obliged by sitting on top of one of the rhododendrons.
