Daisies...

It's a nasty weather day; rained most of the night, stayed overcast this morning, but also turned cold & windy. That, along with the clocks getting turned ahead an hour last night are making me feel really sluggish today. I went to church this morning and almost face planted getting out of the car. I didn't realize the road and walks there were covered with ice--it just looked wet. I managed to grab onto the car door and somehow stayed on my feet. When I looked around, everyone was walking at a snails' pace, trying to keep their balance. I don't think the groundskeeper realized it was so icy or he'd have salted the walks before everyone got there, & fortunately no one fell--at least not that I saw. I've decided I'll stay home & be a couch potato for the rest of the day! :))
