blossoming

On a day of snow, hail and gusty winds, it was a pleasure to find the old apricot tree in full blossom in what remains of the greenhouse. Last year it gave a very generous crop and if these flowers all survive to fruit, this year should see it produce the same bounty. The flowers have a lovely delicate scent and are an early boon for the bees :-)
