Snow

Woke to snow which turned to sleet, then back to snow. Now the sun is shining. 

Should have been up in Dunblane for coffee and a dog walk with friends. The weather was a bit too forbidding this morning as Dunblane, despite being so close to Stirling, can get it a lot worse.  So a walk round the river it was.  The blip shows the castle from the boating club with some people rowing on the river. The extra is Flora in the snow beside the abbey. 

Yesterday's litter pick was a success with quite a few people turning out to fill bags. The roads and pavements weren't too bad but the riverbank tends to get loads of rubbish. Very satisfying and good to do as part of a group. 

I was thrilled when the farm got in touch to ask if my portrait of Gloria could go on the FB page. Of course I said yes.
