Washington Wheel

This afternoon my husband and I were driving past the National Harbor and I asked if we could drop down in so I could take a blip. This is the Washington Wheel. As I was setting up the tripod, a man with a camera came over and told me that he was using this location to shoot a marriage proposal and asked if I would be there very long. I told him that I would only be there for a few minutes, and then I took my blip. I used an ND10. The colors were more than I expected, but were lots more colorful than what I saw on site.
