Herbal Remedy

Thank you so much to everyone who commented on my blip yesterday. It's funny how you can sometimes end up getting a better image than you expect some days!

I'm still trying to fight off this head cold so haven't even left the house today. Instead I had a natter on the phone with a friend (so nice to have a real conversation rather than a virtual one for a change) and caught up on a bit of Sky+ viewing. Oh, and of course spent far too long on this site!

I'm dosing myself up with Echinacea at the moment in the hope it will help. I'd much rather take something herbal than paracetamol etc. I tried breaking open the capsules into hot water for the first time to make it into a "tea" - can't say it was the most pleasant thing I've ever tasted so think I'll stick to swallowing the capsules whole in the future!
