At the risk of becoming repetitive....

the snoozing westie photo wins the EB competition.  We had a lazy kind of afternoon watching a lot of rugby... all in all a tad disappointing if not  a rather inevitable outcome.  Still it doesn't dampen the spirits too much.  Just hope all the injuries sustained in the match are not serious ones

I made a new recipe for Chocolate brownies using black beans... you may well ask!!!!  Well they were gluten free.. so worth a try.. next time l think l would use some lighter chocolate.. it called for cocoa and 70% chocolate chunks.. but the texture was good.. light but damp.. nothing sticky and squidgy about it.  I added walnuts and am glad l did for the texture
