Southport

I was going to go to Liverpool today to see 2 photography exhibitions but after hearing the howling wind and seeing horizontal rain I decided against it.. I stayed in bed reading which was lovely. After my shower I spotted the ironing pile so tackled it. I walked against the wind to the library then was blown home. 
Drove to Southport this afternoon to meet friends for coffee. I came home on the coast road and stopped to take a photo of the sea whilst there I spotted this derelict terrace of houses, or possibly hotels as they are round the corner from Pontins. I don't know if they are going to be renovated or pulled down. Thought they looked lovely.
