So close but yet...

With all the rain today I popped my head out of the window to have a look at a bigger than usual drip.

Why would a gutter no longer want to joined to its down pipe? Perhaps they had an argument last night.

As we are currently renting I did the dutiful thing and called the landlord's agent. No rush as this is routine I was told, glad they don't look after my house!!
