Rain drops.

Why, in the middle of winter when it was been freeeeeezing for the last 2 weeks does it have to rain ? I mean could it not at least have the decency to snow a wee bit. My little cousin is back from Mozambique for a month (if i've not spelt that correctly it's in Africa) and she has never seen snow, never mind any temperature below 0 degrees so I hope it snows for her.
Allot people see one flake of snow and their life shuts down. they can't endure the hard conditions and venture beyond the walls of their home, drivers can't risk going to work incase that one snow flake falls under their car and they crash. Someone sneezes on the railway track and the whole of Scotland's bloody rail network shuts down. We get snow every year and every time it comes we act like we were expecting a hot sunny day. It's winter, in Scotland, and it snows in Scotland every year. surely we would have learnt by now. Whats the problem ?
