It was fresh chocolate day today..
Aztecs ~Chilli & Lime ganache
Creme caramel~vanilla praline ganache with caramel
Mulled Blackberry~Blackberry preserve with a dark ganache *star Anise background flavour (MY FAVE!!)
Honey Truffles~self explanatory
Melbas~peach based schnappsy ganache

Also made MORE robins....
I LOVE my job~even when its maaaaaaaaaaad!!!

and i even got home by 6pm tonight.....
