I'm back

A week with no gym........... 

I was having withdrawal symptoms, so since there was no radio, I spent hours in the place.

Started with reading outside in the court yard from sunrise to 8.
Then STEP.
Then pilates.
Then a swim.
Then a sauna.

Then home.........

My body felt better. My mind ?  Still in turmoil.
