Party Time

Today was the day for Cameron's first school nativity, Rory's nursery Christmas party and my work lunch/night out. Obviously the first two trump the latter and so I missed out on those jovialities. The only thing I minded was forking £50 to contribute to the wine for the table, of which I didn't get to drink a single drop, grrrrrrr....!

Camerons nativity play was possibly the cutest thing I have ever seen! They all sang around 7 songs and remembered their lines beautifully - amazing what teachers can get them to do! So then it was off to the nursery party where they had their first annual encounter with Santa. Rory was looking very smart in his party clobber, but I really like the expression on his face here. I put the new jacket on him, which he hated as he hates all new clothes, but then demanded that I take a photo - hmmmmm... I was really hoping to get a decent one of the nativity but we were just too far away. Awesome day!
