A Warm View Over SMUHA

A beautiful calm and sunny morning, clouded over by lunch, and rain by 3pm.  It's been snowing heavy up north, more rain here tonight.

I've been working on the museum desk all day, and a really busy start to the day.  There's been two school groups in, and many enquiries too.  The afternoon was quieter.  Got news that I'll have to give up my office space, and have to move!  Sister Julie is down from Unst, and heading out tonight, so is mam, so I have the lasses for the night.

First time nieces Lottie and Anna have stayed over at mine, so plenty planned.  We were going to go see the South Mainland Up Helly Aa, but the rain out us off.  We've watched telly, played with Lego, dried up and went walkies with Sammy, and headed to Madeline's.  Now time for a movie and hot chocolate.  Although we didn't go to SMUHA, we did watch it via the laptop, warm and dry, with Coronation Street on and Northlink Ferry programme about Shetland.  Taken at home, Hawthorn Cottage, Houl road, Scalloway.
