Early

Early this morning I watched the sun rise over Herm Island. It was a beautiful start to the day.
When I got home I was able to leave the back door open so that Alfie pup could go in and out for a while. It was warm enough on the deck to join him for my morning coffee.
Mrs BR has been making sure her Dad is set up with enough groceries to see him through to next weekend. He is much improved but needs another week of rest in a warm house.
She will journey home to Guernsey tomorrow afternoon.
