IN MEER AND BOS PARK

one can see a lot of waterbirds in the big pond. It is a park where parents with little children and/or dogs come.
My picture shows a moorhen, some minutes later she had a conversation with a gull about that particular branch over the water,
In the morning the weather was not horrible as it is now in the late afternoon.
I watched the waterbirds and saw how they responded to each other. Not always polite!

My haiku:

There is place enough
For us both but only if
We keep our distance

And the latin proverb:

Of what avail are pedigrees?
