Filming

On my way back from the library, where I was reading about the death of Leon Cladel in 1892, I had to rub my tired eyes when I saw this film set. (See additional photos in the extras, and have fun picking out the anachronisms!)  It turns out they are filming a series for TF1 called the "Bazar de la Charité" based on a fire in 1897 in which many women involved in the charitable bazar lost their lives.

C went back to London on the eurostar this afternoon but we had a nice morning with a quick peak in to the Musée Cluny (free admission these days, since it is under reno) and lunch at Rostand. Her visits are so much fun!
