A quick shot of our neighbour's trees just before they were cut down.

I'm quite happy to see them go as although they gave us lots of privacy, they were enormous and after last winter's high winds (remember Hurricane Bawbag :-) I was a bit worried they could cause some serious damage.

Our wall is now fully exposed and I suspect needs some maintenace but that's a job for the spring so not thinking about it just now.

I have spent all of today trying to finalise a Christmas gift for David. Can't say too much incase he reads this. I am almost there with it but my God it has been time consuming. I hope he appreciates it.

We got the rest of the christmas decs up. Just the main tree now, which we will pick up from a local supplier on Saturday.

PS The building on the right of the picture is our little outhouse that I have a notion to turn into a photography studio. In other words a little den just for me to read, listen to music, chill out take photos in. :-))
