Four Oats and yummy soup

It's another "I'm not going out in that", type of day or I will go out but keep my iPhone and my hands warm, by not taking an outside blip and as I spent most of today at my desk, it's lunch time. So yummy Sausage hot pot soup and four oats in the background for next week.

Thank god it's Friday, but it is nice and warm in the office, So it not all bad.
