Wild and Windy

So windy! The side door to my garden was torn off in the gales and hurled into the car bonnet! Luckily, no damage to the car and the gate repair will have to wait for calmer weather.

Later, sitting in The Picturedrome Pub, Northampton at lunchtime, another almighty gust blew this Wood Pigeon across the park opposite and hurled the poor bird into a big conifer. It was still there, trembling a little, fifteen minutes later.
