The thrum of rain outside as I woke did little to entice me into the day.

Still..I eventually made it out into the rain and off to the office; the soggyness stayed until lunchtime...

It can't have been that bad in the office as I didn't need headphones to drown out the white noise.

A brief lunch time dander with Her and then more sludge clearing with considerable success. And come 6 I went off out to reacquaint myself with the rain; cooked chicken and mango curry at Hers and cycled home in the almost dry.  I think lucked in on the run down the hill as it lashed down again as I drifted off to sleep
