Sardines!

This is my friend's pic as I had Nate on my hip & couldn't get my camera out!
The day included the chiropractor for Danny...he may have fractured a rib which explains the pain, and he's definitely thrown his alignment out when he fell on Saturday. Poor guy.
We translated a menu together for a friend's restaurant...by 9,30am my mouth was watering for all sorts of crazy amazing foods!
Our boiler got replaced today which is brilliant!
This evening was the 'funeral of the sardine' festival! Lots of free grilled sardines & a crazy cabaret with a giant, beautiful, papier mache sardine being paraded around. Eventually it got 'cremated'. There is actually meaning and significance in all of it, though it's hard to see it at the time! It's something about burying societies wrongs... Anyway, a fun night with the kids and friends... Our little group all had matching earrings as Asha's still making them at a rate of knots!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A fixed boiler.
2) Danny seeing the chiropractor.
3) A good start to Lent with some interesting conversations.
