Pop Poetry

"Pop Poetry, created by Alt Group, is in its fourth year of bringing urban sites to life through large format typographic projections by night."

This year the site chosen is Pigeon Park, at the corner of Karangahape Road and Symonds Street, opposite the Grafton Bridge. On my route to and from work by bicycle. We are exhorted to "come and witness" poets writing about K Road in the Pop Poetry hut which is seen in my photo. 

The poets are there between 1730 and 2100 tonight and tomorrow night. I saw people erecting the hut a couple of days ago. Admission (being there) is free.
