Today's workout...

...Involved some exercises using these balls. Really very little to say about the day. Cloudy skies led to some snow flurries but luckily nothing stuck. 

We are watching The Voice, one of my favorite shows, and we watched the latest episode of The Good Doctor. Can't wait to see what Dr. Shaun Murphy does in the next episode which will be the last of the season.
