Bazooka Joe .....

Another wet start- the first proper wet morning for a while , have forgotten what rain is this winter.
Cattle fed then went next door with 2 dung spreaders and the shear grab to open up the face of the silage pit there as nearly finished the silage here. It wasn’t too bad considering that the plastic sheet blew off during the winter letting the air in.
Will have plenty pit silage any way. This pit was put up in the 1980s and I think I have only seen the back wall twice since then ! And the last time there was a tree growing out the top of the silage.
Spotted this lot on the bench in the workshop. Looks like my wee nephew has been busy tooling himself up. ! It’s amazing that you can make a rocket launcher from a silage wrap tube and a healthy dose of children’s imagination !
