Rhubarb rhubarb

One of my favourite brioche fillings I nabbed from the little cafe under the Vero Center in Auckland. Rhubarb white chocolate. The rhubarb melts into jam and the white chocolate becomes slightly caramelised. Yum. http://www.cakeophilia.com/2015/08/24/brioche-cinnamon-and-other-rolls/
