Mothering fail

Why didn’t I take waterproof onesie & wellies? Don’t know.
We got on well today. I caught him how to open lots of different things, start the tumble dryer & practice the dimmer switch.
I went to the gym & he didn’t cry when I left him in crèche.
We shared a bath. We took turns saying ‘mmm’ in different ways until one of us laughs & then we both laugh. He enjoyed sitting on my belly & breaking wind.
