Still Life With Shells And Stones #2 (Wednesday)

Today I dusted down my collection of shells and stones and put them in a wooden bowl. I'm slightly repeating myself as I used some of these for a still life once before, but it was nine years ago so perhaps I can get away with it.

JJ Cale - Stay Around
This comes from a posthumous album by JJ Cale to be released in April. When Cerys Matthew played this on Sunday she remarked how remarkable that a track as good as this should not have been immediately released. I think it should have been a single, and would probably have suffered a cover version by Eric Clapton, who had a habit of recording his songs. JJ Cale died in 2013 at the age of 74. There is currently no information as to when this was recorded.
