Beautiful Discovery

I have no idea how long this writing has been here on this wall, or who put it there or why, but this is the first time I have noticed it. We took Jasper to the big park in the next town on from us, and usually when we go there we drive down the avenue to the park, but today I walked down it and saw this message, and thought it so beautiful that I wanted to share it. The words are hard to read in the photo, they say:

I am free not freed
I am message over style
I am where I am right now
And I am one small step away
I am inner peace
I am the watcher of my mind
I am mindful of my breath
And I am no such thing as death.
