Checking up

As I was coming over the Rest and Be Thankful late this morning I had to stop at the traffic lights which control the traffic flow where the catch pits are being created.

I hadn’t noticed this little weather station before, but clearly the contractors and Transport Scotland have to keep a close eye on conditions, which can be difficult as the snow line just above the road suggests.
