Spanking Spots

Here is our kitchen......finished.  The glaziers came this avi to put the glass over the wallpaper. Looking good, very spotty but funky....like lots.

What a day, two tilers here at 7 am to lay the tiles outside at the entrance, followed soon after with three builders. At 10 am two blokes arrived to lay some vinyl in the laundry, then about the same time three outdoorsy blokes came to prepare the drive for some curbing.  I tell you.......standing room only!!!  Then the glaziers this afternoon!!

And, I had such an important chore to do all day.  Because the terraces were poured yesterday I was responsible for hosing the concrete on the hour (or less).  Can you believe that....asking an old chick to do such a responsible job haha.

Doug (bless him) has covered all the dining chairs this afternoon.

Its been a sweltering 29 deg with norwest winds, blimming strong at times.  Taking fine clay and dumping it everywhere, now the wind has changed to the south-east and its blowing it all back again. grrrrr!!!

Because it was so hot, beer o'clock came early (3.30 pm)....Me, Doug and the glaziers just had to take time out from the chores.....oops!! :)

Sorry about the lack of commenting, there just isn't enough hours in the day.
