Perennials

A slower week on the orders this week and we are taking the opportunity to catch up with the sowing and other jobs around the nursery.
Jim called out this afternoon and it may be his last visit as buyer for one of the garden centres we supply.We have dealt with him for 22 yrs and he is retiring after 48 years in the industry.A garden centre buyer with horticultural skill and knowledge this is very rare nowadays when some garden centres are more interested in selling tat and coffee.Nice to see him.
In the pic is the second batch of perennials which is nearly all transplanted now and they are looking good.

After a cold start it has turned out a nice day.
