Nesting or just resting?

Swan on the man made island in Stratford park lake. There are many predators in the park, that's why the island was created to help the swans breed.

Today I rushed from A to B to C. Made pancakes and played with the children in nursery; ran through the park to the college for some life modelling; rushed along the Long Ground to the bus on Cainscross road for a WEA committee meeting. Fortunately that went well, but we now have to get to work on booking all the venues for next year's courses, if the tutors are available
