Exceeding Expectations

Attended the first in a series of meetings at Hill of Tarvit between the property managers and the volunteer guides to discuss how best we can present the property with the aim of exceeding visitor expectations. Very useful session with good ideas being developed.
Today’s Blipfoto is a view from the Vestibule along the Entrance Drive where the majority of visitors approach the Mansionhouse.

Being Shrove Tuesday Pat produced Savoury Buckwheat Pancakes with smoke salmon as a main course followed Buckwheat Pancakes with cream, mixed berry fruits and maple syrup.
