Pancakes for pudding . I used a gluten free packet mix. (Rich is coeliac.) We eat ours with sugar and lemon or chocolate spread. Jack persuaded me to try and flip one. It folded in on itself and ended up a crumpled mess. That one went in the bin. (Bills tummy)
