ANYONE FOR TENNIS??

Went to the Metrocentre shopping centre today. Took a short cut through the park to get to the bus stop. Nothing much happening in the park.... well actually nothing was happening in the park.

I had a good shopping trip - lots of Christmas presents bought and I also got a top for myself to wear when I go out for a meal with my daughter and son in law when they come up at the end of December. Been looking for something for ages so I was really pleased that I was successful today.

When I got home Neil was back from work and he had been to the chippy - fish and chips for two. Haven't had fish and chips for ages so it was a real treat.

Weather today has been really cold and frosty. At least I was indoors most of the time. Sore throat isn't so bad but its still quite sore at times.

Neil is off to London tomorrow on the coach. He is going to a party and will see a lot of people who he met when he was in Australia. Its just a short visit to the capital - he will be back in Newcastle on Saturday evening as he has a shift at work on Sunday.
