This is lovely A CPN and part of the Community care of adult mental health team. Some of you will recognise her having seen a blip of her 2 weeks ago.   She has been seeing me since last August, having been given the tough job of taking over from Jen : a very hard act to follow.  We've both agreed I no longer need her support, but I know I can ask my GP to refer me again if I need help. I'm very grateful that the community team have given me such good support since I was discharged from hospital last May.

I'm telling you all this as very deliberate wish to de-stigmatise mental health.
