Disaster reduction

I spent the afternoon at Disaster Reduction & Human renovation institute workshop.

Not the cheeriest subject but it is encouraging that they are evolving to include support in lots of different languages other than Japanese.

Cynically I imagine it has been generated by the forthcoming sporting events that should attract thousands of international tourists.
