I had to drop my wife off at School and then I went to were I normally park up, when I have a wonder, I couldn't get parked due to a cleaning firm parking vans on the only bits of the parking area without surface water, this water being deep. I then decided, as it was starting to rain again to go onto the South Quay to take this blip.
