Meet Mavis.

I was very excited today to find my colleague had heard me raving about starter dough last week and brought me in 200g of his.

He has been producing some very exciting bread lately and I am looking forward to Mavis getting a bit bigger and helping me create a master piece.

Then it will be loaves at dawn in the office as we compare wears!
