We Three Geese of Orient Are

I don't know. It's not Christmas, and it's not Valentine's day. It's not my birthday. It's just today. There were a lot of geese on the lawn by the pond today, but when I start walking towards them they march right off into the still-frozen pond. They don't care for me much, probably because most of the neighbors either shoot at them or throw things at them. People think they are a nuisance but I wish they were tame enough to feed, because I thnk they are beautiful. So I cropped this not-so-great shot down with just these three goose heads. Honk! Honk!

A lot more snow on the way tonight - they predict 6-8 inches and more tomorrow. We are hoping to go downtown tomorrow to go out with Nikki & Ned, but not if it's snowing geese and ducks.
