At last

For years the area on the left of the pic has flooded every time there's heavy rain, sometimes even into the garage there. At one time a gap in the kerb was made to allow the water to drain away - but the Council put the kerb back and the problem returned. This morning a posse of workmen arrived and it looks as if they're putting a proper drain in, let'shope it works.
WOuld have been nice to go for a run in the sunshine this afternoon but we did have a great run along the old railway and through the woods with the headtorches, very enjoyable
