Scent & meds

Hard time with my back again, the lower part this time, where the arthritis is. Nothing new, but once and while it feels worse than normally.

As medication I have used Panadol and Tens - and later in the evening hot sauna and swimming in the cold icy lake. Dipped four times into +1,9c water. Felt like heaven.

Nice to come back home, as my spring flowers give beautiful scent into the living room.
