Sunrise

Another gorgeous start to the day. I wasn't expecting it - the clouds had cleared, and it was lovely. We had largely good weather until about 5pm.

Today has involved a number of meetings; including a change in approach, from understanding how people feel, to a positive approach aimed at how we work better.
