Spent all the afternoon preparing a mixture of Seville & "Sanguine" (blood) oranges & got it all ready for the final boil & poured in a kilo of sugar...

Found out all too quickly I'd had a senior moment - the "sugar" turned out to be rather (extra) salty - I'd grabbed a pack off the shelf without paying too much attention!

Adrenaline overdose - my most unfavourite drug.
